Larell comes from a city that hustles which you can see is well represented in his music, but with an added twist. Instead of your stereotypical Detroit rapper, Larell has decided to take an alternative route when it comes to relating to his audience. He delivers amazing bars but with a gospel flow which in today’s world is extremely rare and exceptional. The way Larell can promote God in such an urban manner is amazing. With such a different sound and over 10 years of experience in the game, he is only getting better with time.
Larell possesses many musical traits including a background in producing and urban rap. When he made the change to enter the gospel realm many of those traits carried over and made him into the talented artist he is today. He showcases his versatility in his songs which you hear in “Young Folk” and “Count it all Joy.” With his sophomore tape in the final stages, we look forward to hearing more from Larell and you should too.
